Susan Boyle Misses Out On US Number One Of 2009

April last year Susan Boyle stormed the stage on Britain’s Got Talent as she did a rendition of ‘I dreamed a dream’ and she became an international success over night so this was quite shocking when she narrowly missed out on US number one of 2009.

Last year Taylor Swift beat Susan Boyle in the sales which meant Swift sold 3.21 million copies but Boyle sold 3.1 million copies.

Despite this Susan Boyle’s album ‘I dreamed a dream’ became the fasted selling album that was released in 2009.
