Stephanie Pratt looked absolutely gorgeous as she took on hosting duties for the evening at PURE Nightclub in Las Vegas yesterday night.

Dressed in a tiny blue sequined dress by Brian Lichtenberg, black suede heels and Lia Sophia Jewells, The Hills hottie was joined by a bunch of pals including best friend Alicia, who was also celebrating her birthday. After her grand entrance, Stephanie and her friends settled into their VIP Booth, before she happily flashed her pearly whites for the paparazzi.

Keeping the party in full-swing, the blue-eyed beauty requested a number of upbeat songs from the likes of Ke$ha, Lil Wayne and Miley Cyrus, during which she led the crowd on the dance floor, dancing in a circle with a group of her pals.

Later in the evening, Stephanie Pratt headed upto the DJ Booth to thank the crowd for coming, and gave her pal Alicia a birthday shoutout, requesting birthday kisses for her best friend back at her table.
