Miley Cyrus’s little sister Noah Cyrus entered the world of fashion this week with her unique sense of style at the young age of nine years old.

A source said that Noah has teamed up with her best friend Emily Grace Reaves to create a new clothing endeavor and they are creating a “versatile styles that can be worn with sweet ballerina slippers, casual sneakers or paired with lace stockings and boots for more of a rock and roll loo.”
