The 32-year-old singer/actor gushed out to the New York-based radio station Fresh 102.7’s Jim & Kim Morning Show, on Aug. 27, that acting the role of a bad guy appears to be more of an excitement rather than being the good guy. There’s also been a rumor that he might play Robin, Batman’s side-kick in the “Man of Steel” sequel, which is expected to be released in 2015.
Justin told the radio show that when he was growing up he always wanted to play the villain Riddler in the Batman, instead of playing Robin.
The last actor to characterize the Riddler was Jim Carrey in the Batman Forever way back in 1995, which started Val Kilmer as Batman and Jack Nicholson as Two-face.
Justin also mentioned to the radio show that Riddler is his favorite villain. He also said Riddler is a sociopath and he was “proper” crazy, so he wanted to play “proper” crazy.
Justin also replied with confidence that he would love to see Ben as Batman. He said “I think he’s an extreme talent, so he could surprise a lot of people.”
