Gwyneth Paltrow was crowned the 2013’s most beautiful woman in the world by People magazine on Wednesday, April 24, joining the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry, Jennifer Aniston and Julia Roberts.
The 40-year-old, Oscar-winning actress has credited her five-days-a-week workout routine for keeping her in form as she grows older.
Gwyneth, who has two kids Apple, 8, and Moses, 7, with her husband and Coldplay singer Chris Martin, told People that her exercise regimen makes her to look younger and feel stronger. She also told that when she first started, she thought that it will be nightmare, but now it’s just like brushing her teeth and she just do it.
This is the fourth time Gwyneth has been listed on the magazine’s annual beautiful people list, but this is first time she landed on the cover as the world’s most beautiful woman.
Gwyneth is currently reprising her starring role as Pepper Potts in the third installation of the Iron Man series, “Iron Man 3”, due to be released next month. She won an Oscar for playing the role of muse of William Shakespeare in the movie, “Shakespeare in Love” in 1998.
