Dancing On Ice: Coleen Nolan Says ‘No’ To Ice Return

44 year old Coleen Nolan, who was a contestant on Dancing On Ice last year has revealed that Dancing On Ice is like “childbirth.”

On Friday nights there is a Dancing On Ice spin off show where they give you all the backstage gossip and Coleen Nolan and Ben Shepard host it and she said it is “loads of fun.”

She told the Daily Mirror: “I have no desire to put on a pair of skates, it’s perfectly good watching them from the studio sofa. I think the whole skating experience is a bit like childbirth. You have no idea in advance what you are letting yourself in for, it hurts like hell and ends in a lot of blood, sweat and tears.”
