TV titan Oprah Winfrey is today facing a lawsuit which could see her sued for a staggering $1 trillion dollars over allegations she has passed off another authors work as her own.

Oprah is easily one of America’s highest paid celebrities, and is being sued by author Damon Lloyd Goffe who is accusing Oprah and her TV production company, Harpo Inc, of plagiarising his book ‘A Tome of Poetry‘ in her Internet published work, ‘Pieces of my Soul‘.
