Singer and actress Kylie Minogue is reportedly scheduled to receive an honorary degree from a British university for the work she has done promoting breast cancer awareness. Kylie who has been diagnosed with the disease back in 2005, subsequently went for chemotherapy before she was told the illness was in remission.

It is reported that Kylie would receive a Doctor of Health Sciences by the staff at the Anglia Ruskin University for her effortless work in promoting cancer awareness. The university is situated in Chemsford, England and the degree would be give to Kylie later this week.
