If this time last year you were asked if Daniella Westbrook would come into mainstream media again after her drug abuse 10 years ago, I think most people would have said no, but thanks to being reinstated as Sam Mitchell on Eastenders 4 months ago, she has managed to land a spot on the new series of Dancing On Ice.

36 year old Danniella Westbrook formally known for playing Sam Mitchell in Soap Opera Eastenders has announced that she is doing Dancing On Ice for her family.

Westbrook has claimed that when it came to the opportunity she could not turn it down because her daughter is a massive fan of the the ice skating reality series.

Westbrook told Digital Spy “I watch the show every year with my little girl and she ice skates and loves it and she told me ‘Mummy I’d love to see you do that”
